TITAN’S 4-6 Year olds

Martial Arts Washington 4- 6 year old

This is our development programme for young Students. 

With a focus on Co-Ordination, Balance, Listening, Focus & Having Fun

Juniors 7-11 Years old

Martial Arts Washington 7-11 year old

A class where you learn at the correct age level. With a perfect blend of learning Martial Arts, Building Skills for Life, Becoming more confidence & learning Self Defence

Cadets 12-17 Years old

Martial Arts Washington 12-17 year old

Training along side your peers is so socially important at this age. 

This programme has a focus on Fitness, Wellbeing, Self defence, Martial Arts & Practical Self School Self Defence.

Adults 18+ Years

Martial Arts Washington 18+ Adult

Learning traditional Martial arts for the well being of your mind, body and spirt. 

This programme has a focus on the constant improvement of your body with a kick. With a community based on making friends and supporting each other.

Ladies Only 14+ Years

Having Fun, Getting Fit & Learning Self defence are the key elements of this programme.

Learning all the essential martial arts skills. with a higher element of fitness and strength work. While learning self defence no nonsense Self Defence 

ASD Only  7 – 15 Years

Learn traditional Martial arts in a friendly supportive environment that is for student who have Autism.
