We teach between Three venues; Washington Leisure Centre, Donwell Village Community Hall & Harraton Community Centre. Between these two venues we have classes that will help you achieve your goals.
Taekwondo TITANs
4-6 Years old

Lessons Every Monday & Tuesday 16:15 till 17:00 & Sunday 9:30 -10:15
Our Taekwondo TITANS classes are perfect for 4-6 year olds. Your little TITANS will quickly learn skills such as Listening, Discipline and Confidence. As well as taking part in regular exercise, making friends and understanding the topic of Bullies.
Junior beginners
7- 11 Year old

Lessons Every Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 17:30 till 18:30 & Wednesday & Friday 16:30pm till 17:30pm.
At such a crucial development age the juniors will develop important life skills. Goal Setting, Personal Confidence, Positive Mental Attitude and Personal Wellbeing. As well as Physical fitness, Stamina and Bully Proof Techniques.

As teenagers we focus on the elements that are important in to adult hood. Confidence, Discipline, Self Defence and Leadership Skills. As well as harnessing there new found strength to push there physical and emotional capabilities.

The perfect place for a family to spend time together doing physical exercise that is suitable for all ages and abilities. With Fun and inclusive classes this will quickly become the Family Hobby.
Ladies only classes
14 years +

Lessons Every Tuesday & Friday Evening 7:30-8:30pm
This is a dedicated lesson for Ladies from the age of 14 years and above. A safe and Friendly environment, to build your confidence, Fitness and learn self defence.
